What this Bridgit Care webinar will explore
This is not a slide-heavy webinar. Instead, it is a practical discussion with peers. It is designed for people who are dealing with pressure every day.
During the webinar, we will use short, anonymous polls. These will help us understand what services are facing right now. They will also help spark useful discussion.
We will look at:
how services are responding to rising demand
where innovation is helping
what is getting in the way
where small changes could make the biggest difference over the next 12 to 18 months.
Innovation does not have to mean big change. In many cases, it means small, focused steps. For example, it could mean improving digital engagement.
It could also mean learning from what other services are already doing well
