User Types and Access
a. Care Leavers (next.bridgit.care) Designed for individuals transitioning out of care, this platform offers guidance on finances, mental health, education, and employment.
b. Unpaid Carers (carers.bridgit.care) Provides resources and personalized support plans to help unpaid carers balance their responsibilities and personal well-being.
c. Employers (employers.bridgit.care) Assists employers in creating supportive environments for employees who are carers, offering tools to integrate carer support into workplace wellness programs.
d. Young Carers (young.bridgit.care) Tailored for young carers aged 13 and above, providing AI-driven consultations, support plans, and a community for shared experiences. We follow the ICO’s Age Appropriate Design Code to ensure our platform is safe, transparent, and developmentally appropriate for younger users.
e. Local Residents (local.bridgit.care) This platform supports individuals looking for local neighbourhood-based services and advice. It offers location-specific resources, self-guided assessments, and AI-powered guidance to help residents access health, care, and community support in their area.

Platform Services – Each platform offers services such as assessments, support plans, and AI-generated advice tailored to the specific needs of its user group. These services are free for individual users and are offered as a contracted Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to partner organizations. The terms governing use by partner organizations, including licensing, data access, support obligations, and service levels, are defined in a separate written agreement between the partner and Upstream Outcomes Ltd.
