BRIDGIT CARE RETURNS INFORMATION

At Bridgit Care all our products and services are specially sourced to provide you with an excellent service. We truly hope you enjoy your purchase and that it will give you years of use and satisfaction.

However we know that at times, you may need to return or exchange an item which you have ordered with us. Bridgit Care highly recommends that you contact us if there is a problem. Our contact number and email is on the bottom of our website.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back with the receipt or proof of purchase and must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • It must be in the original packaging
  • It must have been used as the product was set out in the manufacturers instruction book.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned unless proven as faulty by the after sales team. Examples of this are:

  • intimate or sanitary goods
  • any hazardous materials
  • personalised items
  • some health and personal care items
  • flammable liquids or gases
  • made to measure items

Items returned that have been damaged or broken by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged.

If you receive products that are defective please contact us by telephone or email within 7 days, where you will receive a full refund.

Returns Process

To return your product, please send an email to orders@bridgit.care and we will send you supporting information on what to do next.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns are to be sent back to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you feel you have been incorrectly charged for any products you have ordered or that your products are not correct, please contact us by email or telephone as soon as possible.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@bridgit.care.

Exchanges


Returned goods which are clean unused and in original packaging will be exchanged. We may also replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to orders@bridgit.care and we will send you supporting information on what to do next.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
